Slasher's Blade is a single page item for Mork Borg.
Gameplay-wise, it's a nice, flavorful weapon that can be easily dropped into an adventure without monopolizing the spotlight or dramatically skewing game balance. It deals decent damage, plus one of four effects, and each of them walks a solid line between power and cost.
Overall, if you're looking for a neat oddity to add to an area, the Slasher's Blade is a great candidate.
